Professional hotel operations
Your HappyRoom is operated as part of the Hotel101 hospitality system, allowing owners to participate in the hospitality business without personally managing daily hotel operations.
Owner use
Eligible HappyRoom owners may receive 10 complimentary nights per year — 5 nights in the owner’s designated property plus 5 nights at participating Hotel101 properties, subject to Hotel101’s applicable terms, availability and policies.
Hospitality income
Owner income is connected to the operating performance of the property. Factors such as Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy and overall hotel performance may influence the amount generated. There is no guarantee of occupancy, income or return.

The standardized HappyRoom concept is designed to make hospitality real-estate ownership easier to understand and more convenient to manage.
